Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All products are made or personalized with care. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

United States Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping costs $8. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Express Shipping costs $15. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days after processing.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Eagle Nest Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or has a delivery problem, please contact info@eaglenestgraphics.com. Include your order number and photos when applicable. We will help you review the available options and contact the shipping carrier.
